She’s a favourite on CBC Radio’s The Debaters, and a founding member of the comedy cabaret Atomic Vaudeville. Katie-Ellen Humphries is a Vancouver-based comedian that tells it like it is with her observations of life around her. Humphries will be stopping at Art Bar Thursday night and you can grab tickets for $20 – $25.

Back just in time for the February break, Wide Open Children’s Theatre brings Mammoth Munsch to the stage. This is a puppet show based around some of our favourite Robert Munsch tales. Stories like Alligator Baby, More Pies, and Get Out of Bed leap off the page to bring laughs in this interactive storytelling adventure for you and your kids. Tickets are $12 – $17.
