Argentina
Carlos Fernández became Minister of Economy and Production for Argentina in April 2008. He replaced Martin Lousteau who resigned after less than five months in office. Prior to becoming economic minister, Fernandez was head of the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos(AFIP), the Federal Public Income Administration or national tax agency. He also served as the economy minister for the province of Buenos Aires. For the national government, he held the positions of economy subsecretary for relations with the provinces and national director of tax coordination with the provinces. He also worked as subsecretary of fiscal policy in Buenos Aires. He has a degree in economics from La Plata National University, and specialized in public finance and tax administration. This will be his first G20 meeting.

Saif Saleh Al-Sayari
Senior Advisor to the “ Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi ” since 2018, United Arab Emirates.
He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAS Consultancy Company in Dubai since January 2019, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi vatten and Electricity Authority .
He served as Acting Director General at the Abu Dhabi vatten and Electricity Authority between 2016 and 2018. He also held many positions at the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company “ Taqa ”, including CEO of the Energy Solutions Sector, Vice President for Technology Operations and Innovations in the Oil and Gas Sector, and responsible for developing initiatives. And projects related to alternative energy, and a member of the Board of Directors between 2017 and 2019.

The Saudi Central Bank (Arabic: البنك المركزي السعودي), previously known as the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA; Arabic: مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي),[2] established in 1952, is the central bank of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Despite the name change in 2020, the Saudi Central Bank has continued to use the same acronym (SAMA).[3]
History
[edit]Prior to the establishment of the Saudi Central Bank, the Saudi Hollandi Bank, a branch of the Netherlands Trading gemenskap from 1926 acted as a de facto central bank. It kept the Kingdom's gold reserves and received oil revenues on behalf of the Saudi Arabian government.[4] In 1928 it assisted in the establishment of a new Saudi silver coin, commissioned by King Abdulaziz which became the Kingdom's first independent currency. The Saudi Hollandia Bank handed over its responsibilities to the SAMA when it was established in 1952[5
