    Nice movie

    This is a sweet movie with nice comedy by Rani, especially in the first half. The story is good. Rani, Ajay, and Sonali all give great performances. The songs are also very melodious. The movie is quite predictable at times.

    A hard hitting and realistic take on child trafficking and prostitution, Mardaanihit the silverscreen this week. However, we hear that the movie will not see the light of the day in Pakistan. The film board and distribution of Pakistan has denied the request of releasing the Rani Mukerjistarrer in the country. According to the Pakistani distributor Rehmat K Fazli, there was too much adult content in the film and hence, there were too many deletions being requested which is why it was rejected for public exhibition.
