Meditation or even sleep had been out of the question for my state of being and these frequencies guided my overstimulated brainwaves into coherent brainwaves and restoration. For the first time I felt safe within my body and had a sense of relaxation. I have always worked out at the gym every day – lifting weights and doing all kinds of exercise classes to release stres
